Jared Rector grew up in Madison, GA, with a passion for math and wrestling. He attended Shorter University in Rome, GA, where he earned his degree in Mathematics while continuing his wrestling career.
Jared went on to teach and coach at Union Grove High School and Morgan County High School while completing his Master’s in the Art of Teaching from Columbus State University. He now resides in Decatur, GA, and is dedicated to helping students build confidence and succeed in math.
Jared has been with Extra Mile Tutoring since 2025.
