India Graden grew up in Fayetteville, North Carolina where she developed a passion for education and working with children. India attended Howard University and received her first degree in history. After working in the nonprofit sector for a few years, India realized direct service was her true calling and returned to school to receive her master’s degree in Special Education.  India has been teaching elementary education for over 5 years and tutoring for over a decade

India’s teaching philosophy is that education should not only instill knowledge but also confidence and a joy of learning. As a special education teacher, India is a firm believer in individualized instruction and loves tailoring lessons to not only a student’s level of need but also their personality! India’s motto is learning should be as enjoyable as possible and she will go the extra mile to ensure the success of her students!
